Inside the Studio: A Professional Development Workshop for Artists

Date: November 14, 5:30 pm
Place: Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, 6300 Fifth Avenue, Shadyside
Presenters: Two Girls Working (Tiffany Ludwig, Renee Piechocki)

Two Girls Working is the collaboration of artists Tiffany Ludwig (NJ) and Renee Piechocki (PA). For the past six years, they have developed their national, interview-based project Trappings into exhibitions, public installations and a book. During this workshop, the artists will talk about how their strategies for raising funds, developing a traveling exhibition, creating public art installations, marketing, and public relations can be applied to other artists' projects. They will also describe the process of working with a writer's agent and identifying a publisher for their book. The workshop is sponsored by The Heinz Endowments and the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, and is free & open to the public.

To register for this free workshop, contact Amy Solomon.
