Project: Art on Gist Street is a unique art district with murals and sculptures; James Simon will create two large-scale, concrete dogs-a dachshund and a schnauzer-to stand in front of Forbes Auto Body.

South Park Theatre
Project: The community theatre will produce five children's shows in the summer of 2009 created "By Kids! For Kids!," in which approximately 60 local children rehearse and perform for a total audience greater than 8,000.
